1. What cookies and browser storage do
Cookies are small values a website stores through your browser and may receive on later requests. Browser storage, such as session storage, stores information on your device and is distinct from cookies. This policy explains storage identified in the current ACE-1 website build.
Cookie names and behavior can vary by hosting configuration. The cookie banner lets you accept analytics or reject optional cookies. Google Analytics is blocked until you accept. Essential session and form-security cookies remain available for website functions.
2. Storage used by the current website
| Item | Purpose and provider | Duration / when used |
|---|---|---|
ASP.NET_SessionIdCookie; session |
First-party ASP.NET session identifier connecting your browser to server-side session data, including the current Ace Juan conversation. The cookie contains an identifier, not the conversation itself. | Normally a session cookie without a persistent expiry. Server-side session data expires separately according to the server configuration. Refreshing the website resets the chat conversation; closing and reopening the chat on the same page retains it. |
__RequestVerificationTokenCookie; security |
First-party ASP.NET MVC protection against forged form requests. It does not serve advertising. The name may contain a generated suffix. | Normally a session cookie, without a persistent expiry. Used with protected booking, contact, resource and chat requests. Browser session-restore behavior may affect when it disappears. |
_ga and _ga_*Cookies; analytics |
Google Analytics 4 uses first-party identifiers to distinguish visitors and maintain session information for website usage measurement. These cookies support reports about visits, pages and interactions. | Google's default expiration is two years, with expiration potentially updated on later visits. Actual duration can be shorter because of browser limits, configuration changes or clearing the cookies. |
ace1-cookie-consent-v1Local storage; preference |
First-party record of your analytics choice and its expiry, so the website can respect your selection on later visits. It is not an analytics identifier and is not sent to Google. | Valid for 180 days. After expiry, the website asks again and treats analytics as blocked until you accept. An expired local-storage record may remain on your device until replaced or cleared. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current page only. |
Essential session and security cookies support the website and protected forms. Google Analytics is a separate, optional measurement service that loads only after analytics consent. The reviewed application source has no separately configured advertising pixel. Hosting platforms and future integrations may introduce additional storage. The construction promotion dismissal is held in page memory; it is not currently stored in a cookie, local storage or session storage.
3. Third-party resources
Some article images load from Unsplash. A request to that service may disclose technical information such as your IP address. The current build does not include embedded social-media feeds; social links open external websites whose own storage practices apply.
The website includes Google's Analytics tag. After you accept analytics cookies, your browser contacts Google and sends measurement information such as page URLs, referrers, device/browser information and identifiers. Google also receives technical network information needed to process these requests. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google Analytics cookie information for further details.
AI chat, when enabled, sends messages through a server-side provider integration. That is a data-processing activity described in the Privacy Policy, rather than an identified browser advertising cookie.
4. Your choices
You can use browser settings to inspect or delete cookies and site storage, block cookies, or clear data on exit. Blocking session or form-security cookies may prevent chat and protected forms from working. Dismissing the construction promotion lasts for the current page; reloading may display it again.
You can restrict Analytics through your browser privacy controls or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Use , also available in the footer, to review or change your choice. Choosing Reject optional cookies stops subsequent Analytics collection by this website and attempts to remove accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. Withdrawal does not erase data already sent to Google. Browser controls may be needed to remove any remaining cookies. Visiting the website or reading this policy does not by itself constitute consent to optional tracking. You can use essential website functions without accepting analytics.
5. Changes
If we change analytics, advertising, third-party resources or browser storage, we will update this inventory and explain the relevant purposes, durations and available choices. The published policy will show its effective or revised date.
