1. Scope and operator
These terms govern use of the ACE-1 IT Solutions website and its inquiry features. They do not replace a signed service agreement, statement of work or other agreed contract governing an engagement.
Use the website only as permitted by applicable law and these terms. Where express acceptance is required for a particular feature or transaction, we will request it separately. These terms do not establish consent to personal-data processing or optional cookies.
2. Information and services
The website describes our capabilities and provides general information about IT, cybersecurity, compliance, engineering and construction. Content is not a project specification, professional certification of your systems, security guarantee or binding offer.
Prices, scope, milestones, payment terms, licenses, warranties and service levels must be agreed in a separate engagement document. Any signed agreement controls over these website terms for the services it covers. We may update content and service descriptions as our offerings change.
3. Inquiries, resources and appointments
A contact or resource submission requests follow-up; it does not create a service contract or guarantee a particular response time, delivery date or resource availability. A website confirmation indicates receipt or saving of the request, rather than acceptance of an engagement.
An appointment is confirmed only when ACE-1 or an authorized scheduling system expressly confirms it. The booking form checks Microsoft 365 calendar availability. An appointment is confirmed after the scheduling system creates the meeting and the website displays confirmation. Resource documents are provided by arrangement; the current website does not automatically deliver files by email.

4. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, impersonate another person, submit malicious software, send spam or abusive requests, or gain unauthorized access to systems or information. Do not probe, exploit or disrupt the website or connected infrastructure without our prior written authorization. Ordinary lawful browsing and accessibility tools are permitted.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect security or comply with law.
5. Your submissions
You retain your rights in information and materials you submit. By submitting them, you authorize us to use them to evaluate and respond to your request and, if agreed, prepare an engagement. This permission is limited to those purposes and is subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You must have authority to provide submitted materials. General website forms and chat are not intended for confidential credentials or sensitive records. If an inquiry requires confidential project details, contact us to arrange an appropriate secure channel and any necessary confidentiality agreement.
6. Intellectual property
Website text, graphics, design and other materials are owned by or licensed to ACE-1, unless otherwise identified. You may view them and make reasonable copies for evaluating our services. Do not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or alter them beyond what applicable law or an express license permits without written permission.
Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Display of a mark does not give you a license to use it or expand the relationship represented on the website.
7. AI assistance and third-party links
If available, Ace Juan provides automated general assistance. Its answers may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not binding quotations, technical assessments, legal advice or confirmation of service availability. Verify important information with our team before acting on it.
External websites and services are operated independently. Their availability and content are outside our control. Separate provider terms may apply when you visit or use them.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate but may suspend or change features for maintenance, security or operational reasons. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular project.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website content or from interruptions to the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights, or overrides warranties and remedies in a separate signed service agreement.
9. Governing law and disputes
Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a concern. Service agreements may contain their own dispute provisions.
10. Changes, severability and contact
Updates will appear with a revised date. Material changes will receive any additional notice required by law. Updates do not amend an existing signed engagement unless the parties agree. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent legally permitted.
